IN FAIRNESS

Letters of "notice of mention" have been sent to the parties listed in [LETTERS SENT C-0001]. To date we have only received two responses from a possible sixty-five. These two responses can be found by clicking [QUESTION 001 C-0001 CHAPTER 002] and then looking under the heading WHY IS MY ADDRESS LISTED ? and next clicking [QUESTION 003 C-0001 CHAPTER 002] and looking under the heading REMOVE FILE ! ! !.

We have received absolutely challenges to the statements we have made thus far. Mind you, in fairness, we must accept that both Passover and Easter inevitably may have caused some delays and not "jump the gun" by stating that everything presented to this point has been through silence declared true. Nor can we say that the named defendants will not present a defense because the facts are simply the facts. No! We must be fair. We should be patient and see what they may choose to say next chapter. After all, we did officially open on April 1st, April Fools Day, maybe our three current defendants where hoping that this was a mere prank, a joke, and we would all have a laugh and move on to something lease needed, something trivial, something easier. Well we are still here and ready to roll but we well always maintain our good graces to be fair. We also recognize that our named defendants might have the pomposity to insist there is no need to answer to us or our you, the jury - after all we have no [AUTHORITY].

In that spirit of fairness, we will give our jurors a little head start on what is coming up as we did promise the following:

a Any and all responses from the Defendant(s)

b Further examination into credibility of Norma Johnston

                                c Ministry of Labour commentary

d Insight into Comcare

e Introduction of Health Professions Review Board

We have had absolutely no responses from any of the Defendants. But in that there may well have been good reason, we will make little of it. We do also understand that they may not know how to respond so we must be patient. But by April 15th, 2002, we trust our jurors will grow restless so we will sit on our hands only till then. On April 15th, 2002, we will return to our planned course.

With respect to our promises regarding items b through e, we will still keep them less the commentary of this chapter. We believe this is not in conflict with our efforts towards fairness and balance.
