EXHIBIT COPIES

Most EXHIBITS are scanned copies of photocopies and as you undoubtedly have or will notice are at times almost impossible to read. We have tried our best with the equipment we have and so all we can say is Asorry@.

Check under the heading Exhibit Contents below to see how they are constructed.

Getting Better Copies:

You may however be able to get better copies by requesting them from the party specified in [ADDRESSES] under the identifier following this access-word. Eg: the A-0001 as in [ADDRESSES] A-0001

By writing to the party specified, you will also be able to validate the actuality of the information being presented. We will always attempt to direct you to the party least likely to wish [VALIDATION] of the contents of that EXHIBIT.

When you request or write to any of the parties we direct you to, please [CONTACT] us with a description of their cooperation. Should any of the parties listed choose not to cooperate with you for whatever reasons they specify, we feel it would only be prudent that we pass this information on to the balance of our patrons so that we are not accused of harassing anyone.

If you wish, you may also request copies of EXHIBITS from us. Unfortunately going through this route will not validate a thing. Additionally, as we have stated, we usually have copies of copies and their quality often is not much better than their scanned image. Nonetheless, we will send copies to you if you insist. So as to cover our costs in paper, ink, and time, we will expect you to pre-cover these expenses at a dollar per page plus the cost of postage. We do, however, recommend that you save your money and simply request copies according to our listings.

Exhibit Contents:

Each EXHIBIT opens with a super imposed heading something like the following:

EXHIBIT C-1 Sept. 2001 - College of Nurses of Ontario to all members in Ontario

[ADDRESSES] A-0001

The scanned image follows immediately after.

If you click onto [ADDRESSES] and keep in mind the A-0001, you will swing to the ADDRESSES page and when you locate the A-0001 you will see the address we recommend to you to write for a copy or verification.

Should the image following the heading not be a scanned image, but taken from one of our files, the contents will be easily read and your printed copies would be as good as anyone=s. You may, however, wish to confirm that such a document was received by the party to whom it has been sent. For that reason, we have again included the [ADDRESSES] access-word and A-0001 identifier.

Now and then, you will not find the ADDRESSES access-word or identifier. In these rare cases, for security reason or the like, copies will not be made available nor is confirmation by any party likely. Again as I say, these cases will be rare; but, we do have one such example [EXHIBIT C-6].

Book Contents:

Clicking onto a BOOK access-word such as [BOOK 0001] will jettison you to a scanned copy of that book=s title page. We have not scanned in any more from such publication for good reasons which you will find in [RESPECTING AUTHORSHIP].

If you drag the screen down passed this title page, you will find an address from which you might get a copy if you are unable to find that publication in your local bookstore or library.

Should you already have a copy of the book, you will note that we have given all the particulars leading to the quote immediately after the BOOK access-word and before the quote. See below:

AIt is also not unknown for a seemingly highly qualified expert to have misled those who have retained her. The cross-examiner should always check out the paper credentials of an expert he will be questioning. Nothing destroys an expert witness more than showing she lied about a degree she said she received or a job she says she held.@
