I, Dr. Brian J. Lynch, am simply a family doctor quietly practicing my profession in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, a small city of some 100,000 people. I have no background in law and other than playing some schoolboy level of politics, I could not claim any political savvy. But I, like most of you, have a good sense of right and wrong. And, like most of you, I=m not a complete fool.
